Description: A versatile Spanish olive cultivar with bluish-green foliage and an upright to spreading habit, prized for dual-purpose fruit (table and oil) and relatively good cold tolerance. Full sun; best in sheltered to moderately exposed sites where variegation retains colour.

Formative pruning when young to maintain structure; remove vigorous basal shoots and prune to maintain variegation by avoiding heavy shade.
