Growth Habit:
A dense evergreen Lilly Pilly tree, compact in size. Upright and oval in shape.
Foliage:
Rounded glossy green leaves. Young shoots are a bronzed toned adding interest to this specimen.
Flowers:
Attractive creamy-white, fluffy flowers in abundant panicles appear during mid Summer.
Preferred growing conditions:
Suitable to grow in full sun or part shade. For optimal growth prefers non-limy, moist and well-drained sites but is adaptable to most soil types. Can be pruned if desired. May require extra watering during dry periods but is frost tolerant once established.
Landscape Use:
Australian Native. An excellent choice as a narrow formal hedge or for screen planting. A well suited Lilly Pilly for confined, compact areas in the landscape or garden. Can also be pruned to create a formal appearance or for topiary.
