This species of myrtle has a small, bushy vase shaped formation.

Deciduous. Deep green foliage in Summer to intense orange to red variations in Autumn.

Tolerates most growing and soil conditions well.

Prefers full sun to part shade.

Mildew resistant variety.
Landscape Use:
A beautiful ornamental tree prized for its delightful light pink bushy crepe-paper like flowers and deep green foliage in the Summer with leaves changing to vibrant orange through to intense red in the Autumn. It is suitable to plant as an ornamental or for screening.
The Indian Summer range has been specially bred to resist powdery mildew, a fungal disease that can be seen on some older crepe myrtle.
