Leather like thin leaves which are green with silver undersides .

Creamy-white flowers during spring, followed by green fruits which ripen to red then black during summer and autumn
Preferred Growing Conditions:
Kalamata Olives flourish in good drainage and cool winters. Hot dry summers without humidity.
Prefers a humus rich soil, well drained .Will tolerate a coastal position, drought and a light frost.
Requires full sun .
Landscape value:
Great in a grove planting. Plant it for contrast colour and foliage.
Can be potted or planted in small to medium gardens for texture and fruit.
