Description: A vigorous, evergreen Spanish table-olive cultivar prized for large, high-quality fruit and reliable yields; forms a dense, rounded canopy with silvery-green foliage and strong ornamental presence as well as production value. Widely used in home orchards and commercial plantings, it performs well as a specimen or in rows for harvestable fruit.

Mature height 10–15 m; spread 6–10 m; deciduous; moderate growth; variegated foliage.
Full sun; best in sheltered to moderately exposed sites where variegation retains colour.
Adapts to a wide range of soils including loams and poorer urban soils; tolerates drought once established.
Formative pruning when young to maintain structure; remove vigorous basal shoots and prune to maintain variegation by avoiding heavy shade.
