Description: A vigorous crepe myrtle cultivar noted for large, showy clusters of coral to red flowers through summer, attractive exfoliating bark and good autumn colour; makes a strong focal specimen or street tree. Provides long-season floral impact in warm temperate climates.

Full sun; best in sheltered to moderately exposed sites where variegation retains colour.

Formative pruning when young to maintain structure; remove vigorous basal shoots and prune to maintain variegation by avoiding heavy shade.
